1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation message.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods. We accept cash on delivery, UPI, and online payments.

3. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, typically within 30-45 minutes during business hours. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Food Quality and Safety

All food items are prepared fresh daily using high-quality ingredients following strict hygiene standards. Items are best consumed immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds for quality issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper evidence (photos) provided within 30 minutes of delivery.

6. Trust Contribution

A portion of every bill contributes towards the construction of the Yogamatha Sri Maha Rajamathangi Amman Temple at Sri Sabari Garden, Pappampatti, Coimbatore. This contribution is included in the menu prices and is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sri Maha Rajamathangi Ven Pongal Vilas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or consumption of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
